These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of webrovo.co.uk (the "Website") and any services purchased from WebRovo ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

WebRovo provides website design and development, SEO, GEO/AI search optimisation, branding, graphic design, digital marketing, software, AI solutions and video production services to UK businesses, as described on our Services page.

WebRovo is a trading name of BBTAA Team Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 11944304. Registered office: 13b Parkway Road, Flat 5, Dudley, England, DY1 2QA.

2. Quotations and agreement of scope

All projects begin with a written quotation confirming the agreed scope, deliverables, pricing and payment terms. Work does not begin until the scope has been confirmed in writing and, where applicable, payment or the agreed deposit has been received.

3. Pricing

Our fixed-price packages are:

• Business Website: £400 paid upfront, or £500 total through a £200 deposit plus three monthly payments of £100.
• Local SEO: from £300 per month.
• GEO / AI Search Optimisation: £250 per month.
• Logo Design + Presentation Brochure: £100, paid upfront.
• Website Maintenance: £100 per month, or £1,000 per year paid upfront.

All other services are quoted individually in writing and are not estimated or guaranteed until confirmed. Prices are shown in British Pounds (£). Additional features, renewals beyond any included period, and costs outside the agreed scope are quoted or disclosed separately before they are incurred.

4. The Business Website package

The £400 / £500 Business Website package includes: up to five pages, domain registration for 12 months, hosting for 12 months, SSL, one professional email account with 5 GB storage for 12 months, responsive design, a contact form, basic on-page SEO, and two rounds of revisions. A custom-designed logo is not included in this package; logo design is available separately through our Logo + Brochure package.

Our target is to deliver the completed website within 48 hours of receiving all required materials, confirmed scope and full payment (or the agreed deposit under the instalment option). This is a target, not a guaranteed delivery time, and may vary depending on project complexity, the completeness of materials provided, and response times during the revision process.

5. Payment terms

Where an instalment plan is agreed, the deposit is due before work begins, and the remaining monthly payments are due on the agreed dates. Non-payment of instalments may result in the suspension of services, including temporary suspension of a live website, until payment is brought up to date. Written invoices are provided for all payments.

6. Revisions

Fixed-price packages include the number of revision rounds stated for that package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be quoted separately.

7. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project materials (such as text, images and business information) in a timely manner, and for ensuring you have the right to use any materials you supply to us. Delays in providing materials may affect delivery timelines.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Specific cancellation and refund terms will be confirmed in writing as part of each project's agreed scope, and will depend on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation. We do not apply a single blanket refund policy across all services, as this depends on the nature of the work already carried out.

9. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final agreed deliverables (such as the completed website files or final logo files) transfers to you, except for any third-party assets, stock materials, fonts or licensed software used in the project, which remain subject to their own licence terms. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

10. Domains, hosting and renewals

Where domain registration and hosting are included as part of a package, this covers the stated initial period only (typically 12 months). Renewal costs after this period will be disclosed to you in advance of renewal and are not included in the original package price.

11. Communication

We communicate with clients exclusively in writing, by email. We do not offer phone or WhatsApp support. Email support is available 7 days a week, and we aim to respond within 2 hours between 9 AM and 8 PM UK time. This is a target response time, not a guaranteed service level.

12. Limitation of liability

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services or your website, including loss of profits, business or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law (such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
