How quickly can my website be delivered?
Our target is 48 hours after we have received your materials, confirmed scope and payment in full, or the first instalment for the monthly plan. Timelines may vary slightly depending on project complexity and how quickly materials are provided.
What is included in the website package?
Up to five pages, a mobile-responsive design, a contact form, basic SEO, domain registration, hosting and SSL for the first year, one business email account for the first year, and two rounds of revisions. A custom-designed logo is not included — see our Logo + Brochure package separately.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. The website package is available as 5 monthly payments of £99, £495 total.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All WebRovo prices are inclusive of VAT. No additional VAT is charged on top of the agreed price.
Do you offer phone support?
We communicate exclusively in writing — by email — so that every agreement, quote and instruction is documented clearly. We aim to respond within 2 hours between 9 AM and 8 PM UK time.
Why is a WebRovo website only £400?
Because we keep things simple. Our fixed website package covers up to five pages, with a streamlined process that keeps costs down. The £400 price includes VAT, and there's no compulsory monthly website care subscription. We aim to deliver within 48 hours once payment and all required content have been received.
What happens after the first year?
Domain registration, hosting, SSL and your business email are included for the first 12 months. After that, any renewal is quoted and disclosed to you separately before it's charged, it is not a fixed WebRovo subscription. Once your website is paid in full, you own the final website files, excluding any third-party assets, stock materials, fonts or licensed software used in the build, which remain subject to their own licence terms.
